Freek primarily focuses on healthcare, education and government; areas in which Holtrop Ravesloot holds a leading position. After initially centering on the private sector (automotive, insurance, retail), Freek has concentrated on the public sector since the 1990s.
Building on his extensive experience within executive search and the broad range of expertise he has acquired within the firm, Jan primarily focuses on filling executive and board positions in the B2B (industrial, logistics and professional and business services) and B2C sectors.
Wouter is particularly interested in defining the motives that drive professionals and their career choices. In his work Wouter is committed to establishing the perfect match between candidate and client, in order to achieve maximum added value for both the individual and the organisation.
Wim was a partner at Holtrop Ravesloot since 1978 and is still a senior advisor with our organisation. He and Cor Holtrop defined the success of our firm and Wim is generally considered one of the founding fathers of executive search in the Netherlands.
