Robin decided to join Holtrop Ravesloot because he is passionate about the effects that executive level changes have on an organization’s vision and strategy. Be it profit or non-profit; these long (or short) term transitions affect processes and employees on all levels. He enjoys helping executives overcome these obstacles, whilst being realistic about their and the organisations’ ideals. After having worked on the ‘receiving end’ in both the public and private sector, Robin was eager to switch sides by delving into consultancy and help tackle unique obstacles with unique solutions.
