After his Bachelor Public Administration & Organization Science Bouke followed a Master Business Administration at the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam. After his study, Bouke joined Holtrop Ravesloot as a research consultant. Bouke focuses on both the public and private sector.
With challenging issues he likes to find creative solutions.
By finding the suitable candidates in a careful way it is possible to help organizations further in their development. Hereby it is important to listen to the strategy, vision, needs and challenges an organization has, which play a role in future-proofing of organizations.
