After completing his bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Coert decided to focus more on the business side of the field. This resulted in a master’s degree in Economic and Consumer Psychology. This program ignited his enthusiasm to further explore the social-psychological aspects of the business world, as an organization is only as strong as its weakest link.
Having successfully completed his internship at Holtrop Ravesloot to gain experience, Coert decided to delve deeper into the world of executive search.
Personally, Coert believes it’s important to not only consider a person’s competencies but also their underlying motivations. He sees this as a better indication of someone’s future within an organization. At Holtrop Ravesloot, Coert focuses on both the public and private sectors, but primarily on searches within the corporate world.
