Building on his extensive experience within executive search and the broad range of expertise he has acquired within the firm, Jan primarily focuses on filling executive and board positions in the B2B (industrial, logistics and professional and business services) and B2C sectors.
Over the last 20 years Souraya has been working in the corporate and public sector in the Netherlands and abroad. At Randstad she has fulfilled several commercial positions. During six years following her time at Randstad she was the director of the Amsterdam Fashion Institute part of the University of Applied Sciences of Amsterdam. Within Holtrop Ravesloot she will focus on positions in the public and private area. Making a creative match is what drives her. Sometimes the unexpected is what you are looking for.
Laura mainly works within the domain of public private partnerships and in the public sector. Her job as a research consultant is to support the consultant in the search for the best candidate compatibility.
Wim was a partner at Holtrop Ravesloot since 1978 and is still a senior advisor with our organisation. He and Cor Holtrop defined the success of our firm and Wim is generally considered one of the founding fathers of executive search in the Netherlands.
